Outer to central clock is a red Colored rotating ring over which is attached white color indicator which rotates anticlockwise and helps in family planning to women in reproductive age (normally 15-45 years) by denoting days prone to conceive in alignment to the outer multi colored ring which is manually adjustable accordingly by individual woman, bringing the start of yellow color in alignment to indicator at the onset of menstrual cycle.
Green color of multicolored outer ring denoted safe days,red color denotes days prone to conceive while yellow color denotes duration of menstruation in women having normal periods.
Note : Women in reproductive life can conceive at will.
